    We provide condo management services across various locations, including the Niagara region, Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Toronto, Hamilton, Brantford, Brampton, Niagara Falls, St Catharines, Welland, Fort Erie, and Burlington.

  • How do I get a proposal?

    To receive a proposal, simply submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) by clicking on the “Request a Proposal” button on our website. The RFP will be directed to CMG, our licensed condo management services provider.

  • What is included in your condo management services?

    Our condo management services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each property we manage. These services may include but are not limited to:

    • Collecting common expense fees
    • Keeping records for the condo corporation
    • Responding to owner complaints
    • Ensuring maintenance and repair of the property
    • Hiring and monitoring service companies, and overseeing staff and contractors
    • Preparing draft annual budgets and overseeing the reserve fund
    • Implementing an emergency management plan and responding to emergencies
    • Preparing status certificates
    • Issuing meeting notices and reporting on the affairs of the corporation
    • Organizing board meetings and overseeing administration of all owners’ meetings
    • Monitoring the corporation’s insurance
    • Preparing financial reports and arranging for audits

    Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency coverage for fires, floods, and life-threatening circumstances. You can reach our on-call service at 613-762-5704. For all other matters, please contact your Condo Manager directly.
